You can introduce infections into your ears and hydrogen peroxide can start irritation. Ears are self-cleaning. If you have a wax build up drop olive oil into the ear and let it soften and move the wax gently.

You can call your doctor and tell them your symptoms and they can lower the dose or try you on something else.
