@imani Hello, yes you should avoid squats and other exercises like burpees, ABDOMINAL Crunches, Barback squats, and double leg lifts. They can cause discomfort and make lower back pain even worse. Even if you are performing squats you should be careful. You can try yoga poses that will help you in treating your back pain and also help you in losing weight. Thank You

@salvatore Hello, you can take Anti-inflammatory medication, remedies like a cold compress, heat therapy, pain medications, and exercises and stretches. The heat helps to relax tense muscles and soothe a stiff shoulder and a cold compress can help reduce swelling in the shoulder. Exercises like Shoulder raises, Shoulder rolls, Chin retraction, and Cross arm stretch may help you. Eating a healthy, balanced diet along with medication and exercise will be helpful. Please consult your doctor before trying any of these exercises. Thank You.

@louiza Hello, Myofascial pain syndrome is a chronic pain disorder. In this condition, pressure on sensitive points in your muscles causes pain in the muscle and sometimes in seemingly unrelated parts of your body. This syndrome typically occurs after a muscle has been contracted repetitively. This can be caused by repetitive motions. Sensitive areas of tight muscle fibers can form in your muscles after injuries or overuse. These sensitive areas are called trigger points. A trigger point in a muscle can cause strain and pain throughout the muscle. When the pain persists it is called myofascial pain syndrome. MPS is a chronic condition that affects the fascia, the connective tissue that covers the muscles. It may involve either a single muscle or a muscle group. Myofascial pain syndrome is caused by a stimulus, such as muscle tightness, that sets off trigger points in your muscles.

@Deshad Hello, Yes it is true because you tend to bend low while working, which is bad for the spine. Initially, one might develop muscle spasms, back pain, or leg pain but sitting in the position constantly might end up giving you slipped disc problem. Sitting or lying down for too long increases your risk of chronic health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers. Too much sitting can also be bad for your mental health. Being active is not as hard as you think. There are lots of simple ways to include some physical activity in your day.

@adry-0 Hello, here are some things that helped me when I had lower back pain. I hope it will help you too.

Heat therapy- It helps improve blood flow, relaxation, and pain relief. Taking a warm bath or shower, soaking in a hot tub, or using a heating pad or heat wrap are all ways to bring warmth to your lower back. Exercise/stretching- you can try cobra pose, cat-cow pose, child’s pose Get enough sleep Manage stress
If these things don’t help you along with medication then talk to your doctor. Take care thank you.
