@kinnel Hello, the pain could be caused by many reasons but Digestive problems are considered the most common cause. It could be caused by gastritis or IBS. Try a food diary and monitor stress levels to identify a pattern to your pain. Both these conditions are strongly linked to stress. If you haven't seen a doctor, make an appointment to get tests and a diagnosis. You will get a more definite answer from your doctor. Thanks!

@mehmed Hello, Sorry to say but they are the symptom of IBS. Other issues like food allergies, intolerances, and associated autoimmune conditions can cause a churning sensation in the stomach or intestinal tract as a direct result of eating foods the body can't tolerate. Many food intolerances, like lactose intolerance, cause symptoms like nausea. Keep a food diary contact your doctor and start asking questions. Thanks!

@tameron Hello, Yes Absolutely. Stress and anxiety are common causes of stomach pain and other GI symptoms. Stress closes down your digestive system too often, it can cause diarrhea or constipation and affect your body's ability to take in nutrients. There also seems to be a link between stress and irritable bowel syndrome, which can cause belly pain and cramping, as well as constipation and diarrhea. Please talk to your doctor as Buscopan and Mebeverine didn’t work, he/she might have better solution. Thanks!

Hello, I don’t think it is that common. According to studies Experiencing pain when coughing or sneezing, lifting heavy objects, or even when laughing or crying can be a sign of a hernia. Usually, this discomfort will be felt in the lower abdominal area. Other symptoms that you can look for are- lumps, Acid reflux or difficulty swallowing, Feeling full or constipated, Severe pain, nausea, and vomiting. I would suggest you take the doctor’s help. Thanks.

@tej Hello, Yes it used to happen to me as well, as I gained some information I got to know why it hurts while breathing. When we breathe, the diaphragm tightens and relaxes as air moves in and out of the lungs. The diaphragm is a large, thin muscle at the bottom of the chest. Due to the position of the stomach just below the diaphragm, pain when breathing can feel as though it is in the stomach when it is actually coming from the diaphragm or other nearby chest muscles and tissues. Stomach pain when breathing can also have several possible causes, such as a hiatal hernia, pleurisy, or acid reflux. Pain while breathing can also indicate a medical emergency. No need to worry, but you should take a complete check-up. Pain in the stomach area or abdomen that occurs while breathing may resolve without treatment. It is always a better idea to take the help of a doctor. Thank You.

@yojana Hello, maybe she is fructose sensitive. Watermelon's high FODMAP status may indicate it causes digestive issues among fructose-sensitive people; you shouldn’t expect a stomach ache every time you eat a large serving. Watermelon is a great source of vitamins A and C, as well as the antioxidant lycopene, which is revered for its cancer-fighting properties and cardiovascular health benefits While Eating too much watermelon may cause abdominal discomfort, bloating, gas, and diarrhea due to its high FODMAP content.
