@dylan Normal blood pressure is less than 120/80 mmHg. Low blood pressure is generally defined as a blood pressure lower than 90/60 mmHg, linked with symptoms. There is no lower limit that is unhealthy. But having a blood pressure that is too low can mean your vital organs don't get the oxygen and blood they need to work normally. You don’t have low blood pressure it is normal now. No need to worry. The reason you are feeling weak is because of covid-19 proper diet and exercise will help you. Than you.

@sharon Hello, Caffeine may cause a short, but dramatic increase in your blood pressure. Some researchers believe that caffeine could block a hormone that helps keep your arteries widened and caffeine causes your adrenal glands to release more adrenaline, which causes your blood pressure to increase. You should quit or decrease your caffeine intake. If you can’t quit caffeine avoid caffeine right before activities that naturally increase your blood pressure, such as exercise, weightlifting, or hard physical labor. To see if caffeine might be raising your blood pressure, check your blood pressure before drinking a cup of coffee or other caffeinated beverage and again 30 to 120 minutes afterward. If your blood pressure increases by about 5 to 10 points, you may be sensitive to the blood pressure-raising effects of caffeine. Then you should quit it. Consult your doctor as well. Thank you.

@jacy Hello, it is not healthy if your blood pressure increases after eating as it should decrease. When a person eats, their body redirects blood to the digestive tract to aid with digestion. This causes a temporary decrease in blood pressure elsewhere in the body. To compensate, blood vessels outside of the digestive tract constrict, causing the heart to beat faster and more forcefully. This helps maintain healthy blood pressure throughout the body. You should limit your salt intake, and increase potassium, magnesium, and fiber in your diet. Blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day and night but you should discuss your situation with your doctor. A person’s blood pressure typically drops slightly following a meal. However, foods high in sodium can cause a temporary increase in blood pressure if you don’t see any improvement after reducing sodium intake consult your doctor.
