Hi, I have been dealing with dandruff for a quite long time. I tried different shampoos to treat dandruff but nothing changed. Will home remedies like curd help me to get rid of dandruff?

Hello, and welcome @rudraksh Yes curd can treat issues like dandruff. Curd is a good source of protein and calcium, while also providing potassium, magnesium, and vitamin A. Curd is a natural anti-dandruff product due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Other than treating dandruff, curd also helps in hair growth and hair softening. Curd contains nutrients that could potentially help scalp conditions and moisturize and strengthen your hair. Talk to a dermatologist if you have any ongoing scalp and hair health concerns.
