Abnormal vaginal bleeding- what should I do?

Hello, I am 21 years old. I am suffering from abnormal vaginal bleeding. I usually have heavy menstrual bleeding. But now I am experiencing bleeding at unusual times (between periods, after sex). My periods have become unusually long (seven days or longer) along with inconsistent menstrual cycles. What should I do?
