Hi, I am 23 years old and still have anxiety issues. I have a fear of someone looking for me or judging me whenever I am in public.

@wajid Hi this is called paranoia. Its caused by having little sleep, stressing about something, psychiatric disorder. It can be treated in various ways like exercising, medication, therepies.
