@gaurvi-khanna Hello, Nocturnal sweating is quite natural. Many women experience night sweats during menopause. There are many different causes of night sweats. To find the cause, a doctor must get a detailed medical history and order tests to decide what medical condition is responsible for the night sweats. Some of the known conditions that can cause night sweats are: Menopause, infections, cancer, medications, hypoglycemia, and hormonal disorder. Your doctor will take steps to identify and address their underlying cause. Your treatment plan will depend on your specific diagnosis. If you are experiencing night sweats because of menopause then Lifestyle changes, like sleeping in cool rooms and avoiding alcohol, may help with hot flashes and night sweats. If these aren’t sufficient, hormone therapy may help reduce the number of hot flashes. Your doctor may also prescribe other medications for hot flashes. It's important to seek medical attention if you develop night sweats that happen frequently, disturb your sleep, or are accompanied by other symptoms.
