      Hello, I am 28 years old Female. A few months back I recovered from typhoid. After recovering from typhoid I had a heavy hair fall. I think soon I'll get bald. Please suggest to me if I Can I take biotin tablets for quick hair growth?

        @misha Yes, Increasing your intake of biotin may help make your hair stronger and more resistant to falling out. It helps only when you are biotin deficient. Biotin is a common over-the-counter supplement that promotes healthy hair growth. Biotin supplementation may be helpful for people who are truly biotin-deficient. Hair loss after typhoid is very common. Before taking any supplements do consult a doctor. Other than supplements you can also include biotin-rich food in your food like egg yolk, cheese, mushroom, apples, banana, and nuts and legumes.
