Hello, I am a 44 years old male. Should I take omega-3 supplements to treat high uric acid? I even have joint pain. I am taking precautions as well. Will these supplements work? Can I take omega-3 supplements to treat high uric acid?

@raghvendra Hello, Yes you can take Experts often recommend omega-3 fatty acids, which are found in fish oil supplements, they are helpful to treat gout as they reduce inflammation. Before taking any supplements talk to your doctor. There are medications available to treat gout attacks, as well as medications that work to prevent attacks.
