Hi I need to loose weight for which I am following a diet plan I skip my breakfast and have proper lunch and then in the evening after exercise i have fruit and juice and then in night just a bowl of pulses..........

@aarvi3024 Hi To loose weight you dont need to skip breakfast or any meal in day because it would result in creating many problems in your body. To loose weigh you need to eat proper 3 times meal you just have to stop eating some food items which contains fat and are high in carbohydrates Drink as much water as you can and in case you see the need to skip any meal so just at night take something rich in protein like you said a bowl of pulse. Skipping meals will result in acidity and many other problems which will make your body weak.
