      Hello, I am a 24 years old female. I have PTSD and my body is very affected. I get headaches, muscle aches, and pain. I also have digestive problems. What is the best way to treat this? Is it possible without therapy? Can anyone suggest how I can treat muscle aches and headaches caused by PTSD without therapy?
