      Hi, I am a 35-year-old male. I was having pain in my shoulder and chest. I visited a doctor and got my test done. I found out I have high cholesterol and blood pressure and after my ECG reports everything was fine but one of my colleagues asked to monitor my heart rate. Can a smartwatch detect heart problems? At what heart rate is dangerous?
