Why do I get allergies at night only?

Hello, It is very difficult for me to sleep at night. It is very difficult to breathe because of a stuffy nose and it sometimes gets worse. It gets better during the morning. I know I am allergic but why do I get allergies only at night?

It is because warm temperatures push pollen into the air, but cooler evening air means that pollen falls back down to cover outdoor surfaces at night, it can cause bedtime allergy symptoms once you're in for the night. -
