      Hi,
      I am a 20-year-old male. I am a football player. I observed when playing it gets sweaty in the sun. I get small reddish welts. It is difficult for me to concentrate as they cause itching. Is it normal? It doesn't itch as I take a bath. What should I do?

        @minipaliwal Yes!! It is totally normal. I also used to have such itchy bumps while exercising. You can get itchy red hives on your skin for lots of reasons. The ones that break out when you're sweaty just hot are called cholinergic urticaria (CU). Just consult a doctor. It is normal and can happen to anyone.
