Changed diet because of high blood pressure.
I haven't had bp checked for years.
But just last week, suffering from headaches for a while, went to the doctor, and turned out my blood pressure was high.
He took it again and it had come down a bit but my monitor is now at home. I've given up caffeine, alcohol, processed foods and am eating super healthy and walking more. Should I go on meds and if so will I then be on for life, really want to avoid this if possible.
