Hello, I am a 44 years old male. I joined yoga classes a few months ago because I was facing various health issues like high blood pressure, shortness of breath, and high cholesterol. When I discussed it with my yoga trainer he suggested some remedies. According to him, cinnamon each day will help in lowering my blood pressure? Is it true? Should I give it a try?
