      Hi,
      My face is red all the time. It's quite oily and moisturizer doesn't make it any better. I have mild eczema on other parts of my body but my face is extremely red compared to my fair skin on the rest of my body.

        It could be eczema on your face. If not, it could be rosacea. I have it on my face- mostly my nose that gets red. Consult a dermatologist as there are products you can buy to help tone down the redness.
