Since March I have had a sore spot on my spinal bone that hurts when touched. I also have bilateral radiating pain when I bend down or move in a certain way. I did physio but it is persistent. Muscle relaxant didn't do anything and I feel like it got a little worse in the past week or so. I had MRIs of my spine but those were mostly negative. I am worried. What could be causing this pain?

@lamy Hello, No need to worry. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) uses radio waves and a strong magnet to create cross-section images of soft tissues and bones. An MRI can be good at detecting compression of spinal nerves or the spinal cord, infections, tumors, or damage to ligaments, muscles, or other soft tissues. If there was anything serious then it was detected by it. Talk to your doctor and try to do some relaxation techniques like meditation, and eat nutritious food. Thanks!
