I am calcium deficient. Can anyone please suggest what type of food to be included in the diet for getting calcium naturally without using supplements?

@bhavin Dairy products such as milk, cheese, and yogurt are a great source of calcium, with about 250 to 350 milligrams per serving. (Adults require 1,000 to 1,200 milligrams of calcium per day, depending on age and gender.) Dairy products are certainly an easy and convenient way to get enough calcium, but they’re not the only way. Foods such as ¬almonds and tofu have about 100 milligrams of calcium per serving, and broccoli clocks in at 40 milligrams per cup.

Milk is not essential, but calcium is. You can get enough calcium whether your diet includes dairy or not.
