severe headaches

Hi everyone ,
so I started with an ache in the right side of my neck about a week ago which then progressed into a headache on and off, then about 4 days ago a headache started a tight sensation then sometimes throbbing in the back of my head, temples & forehead constant ibuprofen dont even take the pain away. it's not stopping me from doing my daily routines, but im just worried and thinking the worst, I've read google which obviously doesn't help.
im 23 years old got two children 20 months & 4 months old and I never suffered from headaches before.

@hanshi ive the same thing happen. The right side of my neck can be very painful and tight at times and it would radiate up into my head causing a headache. I started working on reducing the tightness in my neck by applying a heating pad set an on low. actually it’s moist heat and it loosened up my neck. It really helped get rid of the headache but every time my neck gets tight I get the headache again.
The vast majority of headaches are tension headaches due to stress and anxiety.
i would say if they continue and nothing helps to get rid of them then just let your doctor know but there’s so many different non-serious reasons that people get headaches. yours could possibly be originating from your neck like mine is.
