Need to cut down sugar content in food ..help pls
Can anyone suggest some good remedies, possibly herbal, items that help reduce sugar cravings? I'm not overweight. I love sugar and having a history of diabetes in my family. I'm trying to cut down sugar intake as much as I can.

For sugar cravings, you can substitute sweet fruits. I can give you an example that I tried and worked out for myself.
Use 3 ripe bananas, a cup of milk, and a tray of ice cubes and put in a blender. Mix with the blender till the ice is all broken up. This tastes similar to an ice cream, but it's relatively low-calorie. It Will fulfills your cravings and tastes good. And it's healthy for you. It will make three or four servings.You can add about 10 to 15 salted pistachios, which will make it darker and taste different too.
