Infant got bitten by family dog

My 14-month-old was bitten by our family dog last night. he has a wound on his forehead and a small scratch on the side of his head. He has not developed any symptoms as of now. Our dog is fully vaccinated as per norms. should I take him to the hospital?

@harrys Yes, Definitely you should visit a doctor and take the necessary vaccine and medicines.
