Hi, I have got red lesion on the skin and also swelling along with itching. Is this the symptoms of atopic eczema?

Swelling, oozing, and crusting are all signs of atopic eczema. In a practical sense, swelling, oozing, crusting, and itching probably all occur simultaneously.
