Shortness of breath and chest discomfort and high heart rate. What it can be?

I go for a walk daily and I take a walk for 1 hour but today while walking for 20 minutes I experienced shortness of breath and chest discomfort? Should I get tested?

Are you experiencing other symptoms like Swelling in your ankles, confusion as well? How long have you been feeling exhausted after a walk? -
No I only feel pain in my chest and have problem in breathing when I am engaged in some sort of physical activity as for now I don't have such symptoms.
