I was suffering so many different things: headache, dizziness, anxiety, depression, loss of appetite, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, feeling cold, just overall feeling of being ill. I suffered all these symptoms for three months each and every day. I decided to take my blood test and realized I am iron deficient. my iron levels were borderline low. I started to take iron and began to feel better. now I'm on iron therapy. been on it for 2 months all symptoms have subsided except I still feel a bit lightheaded. please tell me that the lightheadedness will subside as well.

Protein Supplement issues
I have been taking protein supplements for a few weeks now, i have noticed that my stools started to look a bit red. Feeling I always am constipated. I usually take a whey protein supplement once after I work out (Afternoon) and after dinner. I need some info on why I'm getting these bloody stools, and I am very sure it is because of the protein supplement, but I do not want to completely stop taking the supplement.

No Dairy,Fruits and Vegetables
I'm looking to find out what exactly can go wrong if one doesn't eat fruit, vegetables, dairy, etc. I mean, I may have the occasional bit of cheese or ice cream and a glass of orange juice, but I definitely don't eat the recommended portions. My diet consists of entirely processed foods - chicken fingers, fast food, pasta, etc. I'm 26 and have eaten this way for as long as I remember, what are the possible consequences?

Fruits on empty Stomach
I eat bananas all the time for breakfast and oranges for supper. Recently, though, I have been reading that bananas and oranges were bad on an empty stomach. The sources I have found (on the internet) seem a little sketchy though. Does anyone have any info on this? Thanks!

Excessive tea drinking
I've been having pain in my lower back that I assumed was a muscle strain. I drink multiple cups of hot tea every day. Could my back problem stem from excessive tea drinking rather than muscle strain?
