Is it ok to put alcohol on pimples? I heard it dries them up quick. Whats better alcohol ( 70%) or hydrogen peroxide? thanks.

Hi, I am 24 years old. I have acne on my jawline and neck. I tried multiple medicines, face wash, and creams. I can’t get rid of acne. I read somewhere that it can be because of hormonal change. Is it because of hormonal imbalance? What should I do?
