      @bhavya-kanan Hello, You are not alone. Many people are facing this issue, especially during and after lockdown. There are a few things that you can do like exercising which will make your body exhausted, a healthy diet, sleeping at the same time every day, and do not use your mobile before bedtime. If these changes don't help you, then do visit a doctor once. Thank you.
