After drinking a Smirnoff ice and a little bit of vodka I have developed rashes all over my body. My whole body was red but there is no hives. Could this be an allergic reaction to alcohol? It was my first time drinking.

I am a 35- year- old. Three weeks ago went to Urgent Care because of "skips/flutters" lasting for a few hours. EKG negative. Got blood work done in ER, was admitted overnight. All cardiac tests were normal. I had almost constant "flutters skips" Went to ER. Blood work, EKG. again normal.
Is it because of anxiety? What is it?
