@yakshi could be a cyst of pelvic inflammatory disease or infection of the fallopian tube if discharge is smelly could be an infection of some kind that's gone further up into the pelvis u should see a doctor for some swabs and a pelvic exam when u press down on the right side and release and its painful its usually because the fallopian tube has an infection

severe headaches
Hi everyone ,
so I started with an ache in the right side of my neck about a week ago which then progressed into a headache on and off, then about 4 days ago a headache started a tight sensation then sometimes throbbing in the back of my head, temples & forehead constant ibuprofen dont even take the pain away. it's not stopping me from doing my daily routines, but im just worried and thinking the worst, I've read google which obviously doesn't help.
im 23 years old got two children 20 months & 4 months old and I never suffered from headaches before.

RE: My doctor suggests that removing the uterus is the only option left as I have fibroids. What should I do?
@zeeniya Hello, if your doctor is saying this I think removing the uterus is the last option left. Taking out the uterus is the only cure for uterine fibroids. But it's not a good choice if you want to have children. You can't get pregnant after your uterus is taken out. Both types of surgery have short-term risks, such as blood loss and infection. If fibroid treatment is needed and you want to preserve your fertility myomectomy is generally the treatment of choice. However, all treatments have risks and benefits. Discuss these with your doctor.
