@kyle Hello. You can't lose weight locally, you lose weight all over your body, and problem areas need more attention. Isolate your exercises to those locations you wish to lessen - such as ab exercises, etc.

My 14-month-old was bitten by our family dog last night. he has a wound on his forehead and a small scratch on the side of his head. He has not developed any symptoms as of now. Our dog is fully vaccinated as per norms. should I take him to the hospital?
