Hi, I am a 14 years old female. I tried many kinds of foods, I don't feel like eating. I barely get hungry. Furthermore, I feel nauseous and full after a few bites. Likewise, I think not eating healthy and nutritious food will make me weak. Is it because of my teens? How can I improve my condition? What should I do?
