    • Vitamin D Deficiency Symptoms

      I'm curious what symptoms if any, those of you who have been diagnosed with low vitamin D have had.

      I was just recently determined to have a low level and have had the following symptoms which I'm not sure whether or not I can attribute to this deficiency - but I do not have a thyroid disorder

      extreme fatigue
      muscle weakness, especially upper arms and thighs
      burning sensation on bottoms of feet at night and sometimes when standing for a longer period
      intermittent skin rashes that appear quickly and go away within a short time.

      What are other people experiencing?

    • RE: Psoriasis- is it a disability?

      @vatan
      Psoriasis is a skin disease that causes red, itchy scaly patches, most commonly on the knees, elbows, trunk and scalp.
      Psoriasis is a common, long-term (chronic) disease with no cure. It tends to go through cycles, flaring for a few weeks or months, then subsiding for a while or going into remission. Treatments are available to help you manage symptoms. And you can incorporate lifestyle habits and coping strategies to help you live better with psoriasis.
      Many people who are predisposed to psoriasis may be free of symptoms for years until the disease is triggered by some environmental factor.

    • Vaccine suggestion

      Hello, I had COVID and pneumonia 3 weeks ago. I tested negative for COVID today and have no symptoms. I'm just dealing with pneumonia now which should be a few more weeks. Should I get the vaccine now or is it best to wait??
