Hello, I am a 30-year-old female. I am worried about my weight, I am approx. 5'5 1/2 and I weigh 120 lbs. About 9 months ago I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and had a horrible recovery where I couldn't eat anything solid for about 2 weeks. Before then I weighed 130lbs and I am now at 120. My concern is that, is this a healthy weight for my height? And how can I get back to my previous weight a healthy way?

Recovered from a mild Lung infection. Can I continue exercising after recovering from a lung infection?
Hello,
Last week I recovered from a mild lung infection. I used to play volleyball every day but two weeks back I had a fever also witnessed white mucus. I felt out of breath while playing volleyball then I visited a doctor and when reports came he told me that I am suffering from a mild lung infection and need proper rest. Doctor asked me to avoid any sort of physical activity as now I have recovered from a lung infection. Can I continue my volleyball practice?
