I and My wife donate blood for time to time. Well, the last 3 times we tried to donate she was denied because her blood pressure was below 100 and her pulse was in the low 40's? Is this cause for concern? Could this be something serious?? What are her best options to get her blood pressure up without medications?? Is there a diet she can follow??

Hi Guys, I want to start training to get my fitness levels up. I know while training one must also be on a good diet. I don't have a good idea of the best diet to on. can anyone here help me figure this out?

I had a severe painful chest episode tonight after dinner. My chest felt heavy, I felt like I had to work to expand my lungs to get a good breath in. The heaviness lasted about 5-10 minutes. Then the sharp pains set in, I had to lie on my stomach and my back as the pain seemed to radiate through my chest and around to my shoulder blades and go down my right arm. The pain just went all around. It lasted about 15 minutes and then seemed to suddenly go away except for a bit of pain around my right shoulder blade. I still am getting a dull ache in my chest that seems to come and go.. but not heavy or sharp. Maybe I should go to Emergency? I am diagnosed with sarcoidosis.
