    • RE: How to prevent sciatica nerve damage during pregnancy?

@sahira Sciatica is one cause of back pain during pregnancy. There is no way to prevent sciatica. Avoiding too much time spent sitting or sitting in the same position can help, and maintaining a healthy weight can help. You can try stretches, gentle massage, and other remedies to get relief from back pain. Light stretches can help in losing the muscles, stretching a child’s pose, Stretching the hamstrings, and Kneeling lunges. Gentle massage over the lower section of the back can help to relieve inflammation and discomfort around the sciatic nerve. Thanks!

    • RE: My mother is suffering from cervical dystonia please suggest some exercises.

@stanly Hello, Cervical dystonia can be painful due to compression of the nerve and degenerative changes in the spine, which can lead to headaches. This condition is not life-threatening. She can perform regular exercises like swimming, cycling, walking, and jogging. If you are looking for poses then please perform them under the supervision of experienced personnel. I would suggest you take medical advice first before performing any exercise. Thank You.

    • Is laser hair removal safe?

Hello, I am 28 years old female. I am thinking about getting laser hair removal to permanently get rid of body hair. Waxing, razor, and other temporary methods give me rashes, blisters, and itching. Please let me know if this permanent method of hair removal is safe? If not then what other permanent methods I can try?
