@lee Hello, Yes you can use hair serum and hair together. You can apply hair serum after washing your hair then you can apply hair oil. Do not apply hair oil to the roots. Serums are different from oils in that oils mainly work to condition on the inside, whereas serums can be used as a quick fix to treat hair at the surface.
You can apply hair serum 3 times a week. Thank You.
