Cystic acne on the chin with no hormonal imbalance. What should I do?

Hi, I am 23 years old with adult cystic acne on my chin. Last week I visited a dermatologist. The test report was normal. I don’t have any hormonal issues. What should I do? Any suggestions? Is it normal to have adult cystic acne without any hormonal imbalance?
