Acute sinusitis- how to treat with home remedy?

Hello, I am 19 years old. I am suffering from fever and headache along with thick yellow or green nasal discharge. There is loss of smell and taste, congestion and cough. I am also having bad breath. I am suffering a lot for this situation. I have got doctor's consultation also. According to his diagnosis, I am suffering from acute sinusitis. I have prescribed with medicines also. But I am more interested in home remedies rather than any medication. Please advise.
