Hi, I gave birth to a girl three months back. I am 26 years old. I have stretch marks all over my belly, back, and thighs. I am no longer confident about my body. How can I reduce stretch marks?

@pratibha-0 Hello, stretch marks during and after the pregnancy are normal. stretch marks develop as your skin stretches quickly. This stretching tears the supportive structures in the middle or bottom layer of tissues of your skin, creating the scar.stretch marks are permanent. You’ll never be able to get rid of them completely. You can massage with olive oil or almond oil. Stay hydrated. Stretch marks may also occur if you lack nutrition in certain areas. Eating foods that boost skin health may help. Make sure your diet includes foods rich in: vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, zinc, and protein.
Those stretch marks are a testament to what you went through — and you have no reason to be ashamed of them.
