Hi, Is there any way through which I can lose post-pregnancy weight? I gained 10 kg. Can someone suggest exercise or diet to reduce post-pregnancy weight gain? I am 28 years old

Here are some tips to lose weight: Monitor your calorie intake, eat more fiber, protein, avoid added sugar and refined carbs, and exercise daily. Most importantly stay hydrated and get enough sleep. Carrying some extra weight after pregnancy is very common and nothing to get down on yourself about.
