Difficulty in sleeping and waking up.
Hi, I am an 18-year-old male. I have trouble sleeping and waking up in the morning. I can't sleep at night and once I fall asleep, I can not wake up, and I am sleepy all day. It is difficult for me to get up in the morning, no matter how much I sleep. It all started during lockdown before that it never had trouble sleeping. What should I do?
@bhavya-kanan Hello, You are not alone. Many people are facing this issue, especially during and after lockdown. There are a few things that you can do like exercising which will make your body exhausted, a healthy diet, sleeping at the same time every day, and do not use your mobile before bedtime.
