Hi, I am a 17-year-old male. I am 50 Kg. How can I gain weight? Can anyone suggest a diet plan rich in protein? Food helps me gain muscle weight. I also joined the gym. According to my BMI, I am not underweight but my muscle count is low. I need to include food in my diet plan which will help me gain muscle weight.
