Is brown rice helpful in muscle gain?

Hi, I am a 17-year-old female. I suddenly lost 5 kg. I am trying to gain muscle mass again. I know eggs are rich in protein and will help me gain muscle mass faster but I am vegetarian. Can I include brown rice in my diet? Is there anyone who has gained muscle weight by adding brown rice?

Rice is a rich source of carbohydrates, providing around 200 calories per cup. It also has a generous amount of protein and fiber. If you are looking for more vegetarian options then you can include Dried fruit, Avocado, Nuts, and cheese in your diet. If you don’t see any results then do visit a doctor as sudden weight loss can be an indication of a serious health issue.
