Nasal decongestant -side effects?

Hello, I am 32 years old. I have got nasal congestion for past one week. Due to this I have consulted a physician and he prescribed me a decongestant. I have not used this though. I would like to know the side effects of this. Please help.

@srabanti Nasal decongestants are used to treat nasal congestion. Nasal decongestants are applied to nasal passages to reduce congestion and discomfort due to allergies and the common cold. Decongestants cause blood vessels in the nasal passages to shrink (vasoconstrict). Vasoconstriction reduces nasal congestion by preventing fluid from draining from blood vessels into the tissues lining the nasal passages. Side effects of nasal decongestants include: Burning, stinging, sneezing, dryness, local irritation, rebound congestion (Rhinitis medicamentosa), high blood pressure, fast heartbeat, seizures and anxiety.
