Hi, I am an 18 years old female. How do I stop stress eating? I’m 18 and I’ve been gaining some weight. I’ve always been a stress eater, but I used to be one of those people who could eat a lot and not gain weight. Why did I suddenly start gaining weight? Any ideas How do I stop stress eating?
