Foods to feel less dizzy?

Hi, I am a 24-year-old female. I feel dizzy when I stand after sitting for too long. I even consulted a doctor. My MRI report was normal. Can anyone suggest some food that will make me feel less dizzy?

@kanika Hello, I am glad to hear that everything is fine. Reasons for your dizziness can be low sugar levels or it can be hormonal imbalance or low blood pressure. Low sugar levels can often cause dizziness and loss of balance. Add nuts, nuts, dried fruit, whole grain bread, wholegrain porridge oats, celery, peanut butter, fish, quinoa and barley, broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, peppers, and citrus fruits in your diet. Most important stay hydrated.
