Hey, I am a 35 years old female. I can barely climb stairs. My knees hurt badly every time I climb stairs. I think I am too young to have diseases like this? Can anyone tell me why my knee hurts while climbing the stairs? What should I do?

This can be deficiency of Calcium and Vit D.
Plz get yourself evaluated by expert orthopaedician.
