Chest pain migrated to shoulders and hurts while breathing. I have dry mouth, headache, and rashes too. I am worried. What is it?

On Monday when I came back home from the office and was trying to sleep I felt a sharp pain on the left side of my chest. I visited a doctor and he did EKG and took an X-ray of my chest. Everything seems fine He told me the pain should go away however it's been 3 days later and the pain has migrated from my chest to my shoulder and it hurts when I breathe in too. I experienced other symptoms as well like dry mouth, headache, and rashes. I'm so worried and I can't visit my doctor until next week. If someone could please help and let me know what it might be that would be great.
