Hello, I am a 29 years old female. My son wants to eat kiwi but he is suffering from cold, fever, and throat pain. Should I give it to him? Can he eat kiwi if he suffers from cold, fever, or throat pain?

@athiya Hello, Yes. You can eat kiwi when you have a cold. Kiwi is jam-packed with antioxidants vitamins C and E. Vitamin C is powerful. It not only helps get rid of a cold or flu but is essential to preventing it in the first place. Dietary changes can provide some relief when an individual feels sick. A person should try to follow the recommended diet for their symptoms while avoiding foods that will worsen them. It is important to remember that prevention is better than a cure. Staying hydrated and eating a healthful diet rich in nutrients will help to stave off many of the ailments listed above.
